- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most important thing is that all of our prices are completely negotiable. We hope to bring people the satisfaction of a job well done, as well as a service that is not going to break the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting our customers with respect and eagerness to learn about their vision is number one. We hope that our customers feel free to communicate to us any information they wish. We are not just there to work, we are there to help. After meeting our customers and getting a fondness of the project they would like to be done, we start the pricing portion and negotiate until both sides are satisfied. Once this is done we set up a scheduling agreement to set a time and place for our employees to get to work. Then, after the work is done, payment is made and the customer enjoys the results. We enjoy the experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working with my father when I was 7 years old building fences, decks, and anything wood related gave me the inspiration to become a creative problem solver. I’ve worked home improvement and decided to take a leap and pursue further responsibilities as a business owner. This mixture created RAD Improvements LLC.
