I got a response almost immediately after submitting my request. They came out early Saturday morning around 9am, as scheduled. I had a leak in my roof and with rain in the forecast I needed someone right away but not many people will come on Saturday so that was a great start. The owner sent his Project Manager and the owner kept me updated that morning and let me know when he was on his way and gave me an ETA. Two men showed up and we went through what I needed. I also had a shingle missing along with the leak. I had the shingles and they found the leak immediately and fixed all my problems. The price was reasonable and they were very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend them and will use again in the future if needed. I didn’t take any before photos so I can’t show you a before and after but you can’t tell there was ever a problem it matches so well.
