- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a lot of options to building fences.. Height of fence, which materials (wood, chain link and iron/metal) and which style to build them from so each quote is unique based on needs and options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me with their need of a fence. We discuss what options are out there and determine what their interested in having built. I come to the location for the fence, measure the area and again review the options of what will be built. From that point, I get the customer their free quote!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up in the fencing business. Was taught by several great fence builders over the years.
