He could try showing up when he says he will be there...he was consistently 2 1/2-3 hours late if he showed up at all. He could do at least try to do a good job & not create a fence that is off the ground on one side (2x4 easily fits under), spaced like a picket fence on the longest side & not slanted on the 3rd side. The only thing he did on all three sides was keep the top of the fence line incredibly uneven. He also left 5 piles of the old boards with rusted nails all over the yard. If you want a gate that works, not your guy. If you want nails sticking out of boards then he is your guy. He is great at making you feel sorry for him & giving him money before you should. He is a con man - will look you in the eye while holding your hand & really make you believe he will take care of everything until you are happy. Do not believe a word he says. Also, Thumbtack could not care less that they promote this person so don't waste your time contacting them...their solution is to talk. Talking to Jeremy Bennett already cost me $1600, I can't afford any more talk. Thanks Thumbtack. The only reason we have a fence is bc his helper was kind enough to come on his own & help us (we rented nail gun, bought nails & boards on top of payment to finish the job). Only allowed 4 pics & not sure why they are showing this way but please look so you don't make the same mistake we did.
