- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know that price is determine by square footage and the window film that they choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a customer is to set up a consultation to visit the customer and see what problems the customers are experiencing. We will take measurements of the customer windows, then give a quote based off the film and the square footage of the windows. Once the customer agrees to the quote we will set an appointment that best fit the customer schedule to come out and perform the work.
