Alex is like a mold-whisperer! He showed up the same day we contacted him, gave us a free quote, patiently explained the process and then came back and treated the place, communicating clearly at each step. He is an expert on mold. He even gave us a warranty to come back treat the garage again if the mold came back. Thanks Alex!

Jessica was super responsive to my request for help and getting us scheduled. She also addressed any concerns I had right up front before the job was scheduled. Alex did a good job on the labor work of the mold remediation in our car. It had unknowingly crept in through damaged framework where rain water collected in the base of our trunk for quite some time. The problem did not become known until it was well beyond our ability to fix. Alex was knowledgeable, down to earth, and explained the process from start to finish. He also guaranteed the work by offering to return and fix it if we had any further issues after the treatment.

Jess and Alex were great! As soon as I reached out we all just seemed to click. Alex was able to inspect my property and give me an honest opinion on why my house smelled musty and humid. He didn’t try to up sell me anything I didn’t need. It’s so refreshing to work with an honest contractor who doesn’t try to take advantage of people. Should there be any future mold issues, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates! We provide mold testing for $150 that helps to determine mold levels and types of mold present to verify if our services are needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule an in-home inspection to meet the customer and to take a look at the home to determine a few things.
1) If mold is present
2) What types of mold are present
3) If affected areas are dry. We're often called after there's been leaking or water damage, and our dry-fog isn't recommended for wet surfaces. Space will need to be dried out before we can treat the area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are CMI and CMRC Certified through Micro.
We are licensed through Pure Maintenance, which is our parent company based in Utah. We use their patented technology for our dry fog solution.
