Good guy, not flexible on job scope. I mentioned when we talked in person that I assumed doing my door and water heater separately would likely cost much more. He indicated that there wouldn't be much difference. Later when I asked about only doing the door based on his itemized quote, it seemed like that would be an issue and he was not able to give a clear response. This was during the holidays and I realize that there were likely many family and work obligations.

Joe and his team provided excellent service and high quality remodeling - we had a new bathroom put in, we had a new room built, a new roof and intense foundation work done on our houses.
It was great how he worked with us through the design and planning all the way to the final product!
Will use them again for more work!

Great working with this family owned company. Joe and his son did an excellent job on my carport. The quote I received was better than most others, but the real reason I went with them was that they seemed to understand what I wanted. This was not the case with some other contractors. We are very happy with our new carport and would not hesitate to use Gauci Custom Building again and would recommend to others.

Gauci Custom Buildings, don't let the name fool you they do it all i had them upgrade my meter base and box and run electric over 100 feet away to my garage and they did a exceptional job. They were here when they said they would be and they worked hard and completed everything they needed to and they cleaned up as they were working. They are very professional and treat there customers with the utmost respect and answer any of there questions with no delay. There prices are very competitive so it was a very easy choice picking them to do the job. We would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of work or upgrades done on there property or home or outbuildings they are 100 percent legit. We would love to thank them for everything they done for us.
