- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rate fees for projects and payment must be submitted upfront. Buyers remorse is not considered refundable. Retaining fee of 30% of total is kept if the client decides to back out of contact before start date. I have full authority to cancel a contract and a give full refund can be given to client or 30% retaining fee will be applied if client gives unreasonable tasks or changes after start date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have my clients answer a questionnaire and brainstorm ideas before starting. Once design is final changes cannot be made unless I see that the design or elements do not fit the theme.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Applied Arts and an Associate in Graphic Design. I have been doing freelance graphic design throughout the years since 2004.
