- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price varies for each project. It is based upon the size, length of time and resources available. Payment must be submitted upfront. Buyers remorse is not considered refundable. I will accept 50% up front but this is a case by case scenario.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have my clients answer a questionnaire and brainstorm ideas before starting. Once the design is signed off and completed, changes cannot be made unless I notice that the design or elements are not suitable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Applied Arts and Business Administration. I also have an Associate degree in Graphic Design. I have been doing freelance graphic design throughout the years since 2004.
