Hollywood Door was a pleasure to do business with. James Lee was punctual and did a quality job. I had two new lifting springs installed within 40 minutes. I will certainly do business with Hollywood door again when needed.

The entire experience was great. He repaired the sensors and did additional maintenance on the garage. He is professional. My garage door is quiet and operational. I am happy. He was also able to program the buttons in my car to open the garage door. He is polite and courteous as well.

Our garage door broke on our way out the door to go out of state for a funeral. Before cancelling the trip, I decided to look for someone on thumbtack.

Within minutes of me posting I had a response from Hollywood doors and more that they could come that same day. Which immediately made me super impressed!

He was able to come while we were gone, assess and fix the door! He was responsive, up front about all problems, on time, and did an AMAZING job!!! So thankful for the professionalism and quality of this company with 1,000% recommend to anyone!!! Thanks again!!!
