We also do complete interior/exterior home remodeling, sheet rock, painting, and plumbing, and simple handyman services. No job too big or small! My experience with Thumbtack is very limited and matter of fact have only used it once to find someone to tile my laundry room that was in despair in regards to the condition of the flooring. I looked at several contractors on Thumbtack but decided to go with Samuel Kasery as he appeared to be an honest professional, fair in pricing, and experienced at his trade. Samuel did a superb job in re-tiling my laundry room to include meeting me at Home Depot on a Sunday (his off day) to ensure I purchased the right materials for the job. Since this job, Samuel has come back to my house per request and done additional minor flooring work as well. Not only is Samuel a true professional, I regard him as a christian friend of mine. He is always standing by to receive my next request in the renovation of my home. He is the best of best!!

Plumbers jack-hammered part of kitchen floor to replace pipe. Through Thumbtack found Samuel to replace ceramic tiles. had to re-jack-hammer poured concrete to level before replacing tile. Also removed & replaced dishwasher. Required several visits over several days. Samuel showed when he said he would and worked professionally. Will gladly call on him again when needed.

Affordable Pro Floors did a great job for us. Went out of their way to make a difficult job look great. They gave us an affordable estimate, did the work we wanted and worked closely with us throughout the job. We'll definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
generally the price of tile, laminate ,and natural stone on floor installation only varies considering the circumstances due the amount of demolition involved, the type of floor( concrete or sub flooring) . Wether new or used conctruction.or jus the amount of prep needed.we generally are happy to give our Customers package deals and earn there buissness by offering free demolition or furniture moving as a gift ! A sight of appreciation! ???
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtaining any necessary info , meeting with the customer in person and offering a free estimate. Making sure our customers are comfortable with the arrangements agreed on cost , shopping and installation plan. Providing the customer discounted material.obtaining the customers desire.shopping the the material and delivery ..Then,Followed by any demolition/ installation.

16 yrs hand on experience complete interior & exterior home ( commercial / residential) remodel. New & construction . Diploma
