FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We certainly have no problem taking small jobs, and piecing parts together. But we are always excited when the customer hands over the entire project and turns us loose. By doing this, we are able to block off our schedule, commit to a satisfactory project, and provide discounts on labor and sometimes materials. We run this business to provide a superior service to our customers and provide for our families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss options with our customers and explain labor and material costs up front so there are no surprises in the end. Our initial bid is as detailed as possible, which means we spend a lot of time at the beginning- and through the project - ensuring that we are completing the work in a timely manner, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. We don't rush any phase of the construction - we like to know exactly what's expected and do it right the first time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing this work since I was 15. I have a passion for this work. And I've been told "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life". With that being said, we love this trade and are always excited about our creations and making our customers happy.
