Mr. Cunningham arrived early and stayed until the job was done. It did take all day as he worked by himself on a deep cleaning. There were a few minor oversights which were quickly remedied. The only thing missed were the kitchen cabinet handles, or at least some of them. He did swipe down all the walls and high corners of the ceilings in all the rooms, and cleaned all the baseboards and most everything in between. I am quite happy with his work.

He was supper nice and came right away but did not bring his own latter and did not clean the trim. Plus he missed an entire segment of the house. But he way under bid so I’d say that for the money we got a great deal.
