Tim May at AKM Air Solutions has ruined us for any other company doing work at our house! He was recommended by a friend and we could not be happier with our decision to do business with him. He came and evaluated our AC and water heater situation and gave us a quote on several options. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products, prompt, fun and friendly and the hardest working most uncomplaining guy I've ever worked with. He installed a new AC and tankless water heater and we are very happy with both. Now if only he would stay and repair everything else around our house! Call him! You will be glad you did! Mr. Tim to the rescue! I'm not playing! Super nice and very professional. Our whole air/heating system was shot. Gone. As promised, the crew showed up and worked HARD the whole day late into the evening. Very transparent. No surprises. He said he wasn't leaving until the house was cool and he meant it. These guys are a LIFE SAVER. It was 92 degrees in my house before they arrived. Luckily they were able to open up the supply house and we are up and cooling. Don't waste your time calling anyone else these guys are top notch and worth every penny. My wife and kids will sleep in a cold house tonight thanks to AKM Air Solutions.
