Mr. Tim to the rescue! I'm not playing! Super nice and very professional. Our whole air/heating system was shot. Gone. As promised, the crew showed up and worked HARD the whole day late into the evening. Very transparent. No surprises. He said he wasn't leaving until the house was cool and he meant it.
