R and R Solutions arrived when they said they would. They were very professional and repaired my wall and built an exposed beam for us. The workmanship was outstanding. They even found and fixed a fire hazard that was left by a previous contractor. They explained all procedures and made sure we were sure about our decisions before they nailed anything in. They werr very resonsably priced and cleaned up very well after themselves. We recommend them to anyone who needs any handyman work.

He refinished the wood front door. He did the work late in the afternoon after finishing another job. It took him four days and he carefully sanded, then stained, then smooth sanded, then took two days to put on the varnish and then put on new door handles and locks. His work was careful, he took much time each late afternoon and into the evening, cleaned up after himself; it looks so beautiful and his cost was very reasonable. (I had gotten other estimates). I highly recommend this man.

Anderson did a wonderful job from notifying me of his arrival time until completion of the job. Very polite and neat. Value was unbeatable. Quality of work was excellent. I will be contacting Anderson again for future work. My light fixtures are Beautifully hung and he assembled a sturdy bed from Wayfair along with putting my son’s queen mattresses on for me without me asking.

Mr. Anderson was very professional and thorough throughout the job. He gave recommendations to completing the job at a reasonable cost. He kept me updated on his progress through out the project. He was tidy and left the area up to par.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide reasonable prices for quality work that cant be beat. Referrals earn both parties an additional 10% discount. I normally charge $60.00 + for estimates that require any demo, crawling under the house, or in attics. $40.00 fee if only a visual walk around can get it done. I normally reduce or wave the fee if am already working in your area or you are a returning customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to set up a meeting at the location of the project to go over the process and project details.
Most of the payments are made in three installments .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a two year building trade degree from the Scott County Career and Technology center. Completed a two year training program from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). certified by the Mississippi Construction Education Foundation. And the most important of all, 10yrs experience with hands on in the field learning by doing training provided by all the professional craftsmen I have had the pleasure to work with throughout the years.
