I found Mr. Cox through the University of Memphis Alumni homepage and read many excellent reviews of his services. I needed some re-painting done to two of my bedrooms in my home re-painting of my windows on the outside of my home. Mr. Cox and his Precision Painting team were very professional, courteous, and worked to get the all of home needs taken care of in a timely fashion. Mr, Cox and his team not only finished re-painting both of my children's bedrooms, but repainting all 7 windows on the outside of my home, and re-fixed my back gate so that it would properly close. This entire job was completed within one day. I would highly recommend Mr. Cox and his Precision Painting team to all of my friends, family, and colleagues. I will Mr. Cox back to my home to take care of all of my other home needs.
Had a room with old wood paneling that we wanted to update the look of with new paint. Looks like a brand new room, did an excellent job with professionalism and great customer service. Will be our go to guy for painting and other home redesigns from now on.
Let me be clear, they in no way compensated me for this review that is about to be submitted. I placed an ad through Thumbtack for the creation of a door that was not necessarily done before. Due to space constraints, I wanted a pocket door, but didn't want to cut the wall, so I settled on a barn door, but wanted it split as to save space on either side. When I called Steve Miller, he said emphatically, "yeah, I think we can do that". He and Dave (one of his workers came) and after hearing my idea, you could tell the ideas were percolating. He came up with a great idea for the split barn door and gave me options of whether to go cheap or if I wanted it to be perfect what it would be (I chose the latter). To be honest, the price was well under what I thought it would be by many hundreds of dollars. I also asked about replacing the front door, of which he said was no problem. Steve guided me to the find the best wood people in town to make sure I got a quality product and made sure I got the best prices. All was set and done until I removed an embedded counter that showed broken tile and sheetrock underneath. No matter. . .Steve was able to fit that in as well. His tile guy, Nick, was phenomenal and was a true artist and professional in his work. They set the tile, fixed the grout, fixed the drywall and replaced the baseboards. It looks completely brand new. While doing this, they were able to install the new door, create the new split barn door (with Julie, who is an artist and visionary in her own right) leading the design of it. Even though I was a bad client (adding more jobs on top one right after the other), it was done better than when I bought the house. Steve is a great boss to his people. He treats them well, and more importantly, he respects and values their opinions and help. They revere him and it shows in the quality of work and efficiency of which the tasks were completed. More importantly, when you see their minds work (including Steve as the architect), it is like watching real artists work, not just laborers. They take great pride in their art and I am extremely happy with the products. When it was all completed, the price was not commensurate with the quality of work involved. He could have charged me a few hundred dollars more and it would have still been a value. Steve Miller and his crew are top professionals and I guarantee that anytime I need a project done, they are number one on the list. You will not go wrong hiring them and I can promise it will be an enjoyable experience for all.
I tasked Mr. Bolton with some tile work, along with a little drywall and ceiling repair, in my home. His work exceeded my expectations in both quality and cost. Would definitely do business with again.
Buddy's Home Improvement is awesome! They provide craftsmanship quality at handyman prices, and the attention to detail is incredible. I look forward to using this company again any time I need household repairs or upgrades/improvements because my experience in working with them has been excellent.
The Painted Lady has done Venetian plaster, metallic trim, back-splash and cabinets for me. I am extremely pleased with all that she has done for and will definitely call her when I have more painting needs. Her job isn't done until she, a perfectionist, is happy with the finish. She has amazing talent and work ethic and made incredible recommendations for me.
