- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a repair shop to fix your broken device you want to take a couple things into consideration. Most of the devices today come with a manufacturers warranty. Which will cover your device from errors that the company makes. (ie - Apple iPhone 4 reception issues). The manufacturers warranty will not cover your phone if you dropped it and broke it. Most often to replace this it will cost $100+ and several days without your device. iDoctor can do same day repairs on most devices using only the highest quality replacement parts. To make sure of this is a difficult thing for a customer to do. Asking these crucial questions is a must for anyone in need of a repair.
