- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our projects are done on a case by case basis, with customer satisfaction being our main concern. We are able to work with all types of individuals on budgets and procedures.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started 25 years ago doing basic excavation for a company in washington. When we decided to transform into our own business, we sought out clientele in need. We saw the need for affordable homes in the community. So we decided to transform overpriced residential communities into affordable equal opportunity homes in order to create revenue and growth for many years to come. The company has since been expanded by my son, he does fantastic work and has the same passion as I did. To help people purchase homes that otherwise would not be able to.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have completed projects for multimillion dollar industries all the way down to the casual inner city apartment owner looking to spruce up their 70’s era comfortability.
