- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive Customer Service background (17 years), 10 of which were in restaurant management so sanitation and efficiency, following instruction, high standards, attention to detail, and above all else...CUSTOMER SATISFACTION have always been of the upmost importance to me.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think the proof is in the pudding so to speak. Always Always read reviews, if possible from multiple sources.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not necessarily questions but they should relay Exactly what they are expecting. Setting the expectation off top is key to producing the outcome you are looking for. Be reasonable with those though because even the best, fastest, most time efficient worker has limits as to what can be done in a set amount of time.
