- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home and the type of clean—whether it’s a move-out, deep clean, or recurring service. We believe in being upfront, so there are no surprise fees or hidden costs. We offer flat-rate quotes so you’ll know exactly what to expect before we show up. First-time clients can ask about current promos, and we do offer discounts for recurring service! If you’re not sure what kind of clean you need, just message us—we’ll walk you through it and give you an honest quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and easy! When a new customer reaches out, we’ll ask a few quick questions about the home—square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and what kind of clean you’re looking for (deep clean, move-out, or recurring). From there, we’ll send a clear flat-rate quote and let you know what’s included. Once we agree on a date and time, we’ll get you scheduled and send over a confirmation. On the day of the clean, we bring everything needed—just make sure we have access to the home. After we’re done, we’ll check in and make sure everything looks great. Easy, stress-free, and sparkling
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional-level cleaning techniques, with a big focus on consistency, efficiency, and detail. Every cleaner goes through hands-on training using our Maven methods before they ever step into a client’s home. We’ve worked with everything from new builds and move-outs to high-end homes and large family households, so we know how to tackle different surfaces, messes, and client preferences with care. Plus, we’re always staying up to date on the best tools, eco-friendly products, and smarter ways to clean—so you get top-tier results every time.
