We do quality work at a reasonable cost. We don't receive final payment until the walk around with the client is complete. And finally our prices are hard to beat because our overhead is low do to the fact we own all of our tools and equipment which means no rentals or payments to drive cost up. The fact my team and I can look back and say what a difference it made. All the people you get to meet and make them smile. And lastely to help people out.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Residential clients there is a half down and half on completion requirement along with a signed contract between both parties. The contract covers both parties. As far as commercial a contract between both parties along with payment agreement.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Flooring, patios, walkways, and retainer walls.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?There was a huge landscaping job that was way out of town. We spent a lot of time away from home but in the end it paid off.
