Introduction: We do quality work at a reasonable cost. We don't receive final payment until the walk around with the client is complete. And finally our prices are hard to beat because our overhead is low do to the fact we own all of our tools and equipment which means no rentals or payments to drive cost up. Residential clients there is a half down and half on completion requirement along with a signed contract between both parties. The contract covers both parties. As far as commercial a contract between both parties along with payment agreement.
