These guys knocked it out of the park! Great product, great work and quality craftsmanship! They reworked their schedule to get my roof and gutters on two weeks early. The tear off and install happened in one day with the gutter crew following a few days later. Andy and Cybil were always responsive through phone and email. Price was competitive. 10/10 would recommend!

We have a high, steep roof ridge cap that was damaged and needed repair before winter snow and winds. Andy reviewed, recommended a solution and timeline for repair. Right on time, actually on a Saturday afternoon to beat the forecasted snow. Andy, Alex and Zack handled the installation with ease. It's great to work with a business and its staff that stands by their work and commitments. Kirkness has earned it's Five Star rating. They've earned my future business and will earn yours too!! Kirkness was the third company to give us an estimate on the Euro Shield shingles. The price quote was a lot more reasonable. The estimate also included replacing our two skylights. The wait time that they estimated for our repair job was way quicker than they quoted us! The shingles come from Canada and with Covid they were not quite sure how long it would take to get the shingles in! When the work began on our home they showed up on time and worked diligently. The workers were wonderful and took only a day and a half!! Everything was spotless when they finished and the roof looks beautiful. We have had a ton of compliments on the roof. Andrew inspected our roof and had the estimate to us in 10 minutes. Their quality of services and workers are fantastic. They did the roof on my house and my garage. They had it all done in less than 10 hours. Andrew and his team went above and beyond what was expected. I will recommend this company to anybody and everybody that is looking for a roof company. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of our projects is completely dependent upon the customers property and the type of materials requested. Kirkness Roofing will provide a written estimate for all projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start with an on site inspection of the property to determine what is needed for the project. We then present the property owner with a written estimate and go over any questions. Once the customer accepts the proposal our team will then notify the customer every step of the way from material delivery to install dates and final walk thru.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kirkness Roofing has been in business for over 40 years, that's a lot of roofing experience. Our staff is trained to the highest levels from the representatives to the installers. We also have licensed adjusters on staff to assist with any insurance claim issues.
