- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is clear and upfront. Carpet starts at $125 for one room, up to $285 for five rooms, and $40 for each additional room. Hallways are $35 and stairs are $65. Deodorizer and light furniture moving are included. I confirm the final price with you before I start, and it only changes if the areas don’t match what you described. No payment is needed to book, and there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you tell me what needs cleaning, and I give you a price before booking. The day before, I send a reminder to confirm. On site, I walk through the areas with you, pretreat spots and traffic lanes, clean with hot water extraction, and groom the fibers. We check the result together before I leave. If anything isn’t right, tell me within 48 hours and I’ll come back to re-clean it at no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained hands-on with an experienced carpet and upholstery cleaner, learning fiber identification, pretreatment, spot removal and hot water extraction. I’m licensed, bonded and insured, with $1M in general liability coverage.
