Chef Austin’s knowledge and expertise are incredible. He prepared five courses for our party of 25, and his professional demeanor was admired by all of our guests. The quality of our meal was outstanding. One of the best I’ve had, to be honest. With poise, each course carried us gracefully into the next, where each portion was plentiful yet comfortable. Austin’s cheffing procures robust and extremely compatible flavors throughout each course. He achieved both a classic and creative style in what he prepared for us. Hitting the nail on the head with what we requested.
