- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most of our services, our pricing is $70/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has reached out on Thumbtack with the details of the project, we will reach out as soon as possible and provide an estimate for the project as well as our availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 3 years of work experience with these types of projects and have done many personal projects before and during that time. Many of the people that work for us are also longtime contractors that have experience in a wide range of trades.
