- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting price is $50 for the first day (or 1 day). Each additional day of active work is $35. No fee for Drop-Offs! Local Pick-up and Delivery $5 per mile (20 miles max) Unfortunately I am not offering in-person appointments at this time but I plan on offering them in the future when I have the right mobile equipment. Replacement PC/Laptop parts/components are to be charged as priced online or in store of said parts or components. If I have to order a replacement part I wont charge additional days until I have received said part. I will always discuss cost of replacement parts with a customer before ordering said replacement. If for any reason whatsoever I am unable to fix or resolve your issue, I will issue a full refund.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do drop-offs and pick-ups I document broken/cracked/burned/fried components and let my client know as soon as possible via text/call/email, clients preference. Full transparency, always. Next
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently working on my Bachelors in Networking, Built several gaming and workstation PC's, and I am always working on my own personal network
