Our professional technicians will arrive at your home to assess the issue thoroughly. Once we have a full understanding of the situation, weâll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and pricing. Youâll have the opportunity to review and approve the proposal before we begin any work. The price we quote is the price you payâno hidden fees or surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From your first call, our friendly office team gathers the necessary details about your project or issue and schedules your appointment. You'll receive email and SMS notifications as reminders, along with a notification when your technician is en routeâincluding their photo and live location tracking. Once on-site, our technician will take the time to understand your needs, walk you through your options, and present a clear, professional proposal. Once you approve, we get to workâalways ensuring the job is done right the first time and leaving your home cleaner than we found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers are certified through the State of Montana Plumberâs Board and have completed official training and licensing requirements. We continuously invest in ongoing training to stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.
