This service was below my expectations. I had to point out some obvious places that needed to be recleaned. I then found out much later that there was still more work to be done. I believe they can do better, but your have to supervise them.
Details: 4 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Move out cleaning • Baseboard cleaning • No pets in home • Just once

Hi Darlington! We take our work seriously and strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services.
During your pre-paint cleaning, we addressed the areas brought to our attention. You subsequently joined your wife for a final walkthrough, during which the completed work was reviewed and confirmed satisfactory before we left.
Our service terms require concerns to be reported within 24 hours of completion. Although your additional concerns were raised approximately a week later, we still followed up and requested photos so we could assess the areas mentioned and determine appropriate next steps. Unfortunately, we never received those photos.
As some of the concerns involved items outside the agreed-upon scope of work, those photographs were particularly important in evaluating the situation.
