I had a 350' fence replaced and had an excellent experience. The crew was efficient (2.5 days to remove old fence and install new one), diligent and friendly. The workmanship is excellent and the price was very good, beating out 3 other estimates (one of which was almost triple JC's quote.)

We received great service from JC and his crew. They repaired, power washed and painted our 17 y/o shadowbox fence. JC was present each day to explain process, plan and to check on progress. We experienced good communication with team and received a fantastic finished product.

When we decided to put a fence around our property, I immediately went on Thumbtack because the site has never let me down with finding quality businesses/contractors. This was no exception.
JC was the first to respond to my request and once I met him, we knew we didn't need to look any further. He came to the house, inspected the property, talked to us about what we were looking for, took some measurements and within 24 hours, we had a quote. While he was here, we mentioned that we would eventually like to add a deck to the front of the house and we were thrilled to learn that his company does decks also. I'm not sure there is much they can't do.
JC and Karen (the office liaison) were very responsive, very patient and very understanding. The fence was easy to decide and most of the details were ironed out with the first conversation. The only thing we weren't sure of was the number and size of gates. JC talked us through the decisions and the night before they arrived, we finally made up our minds.
JC and his team of 6 (Fidel & Juan had deck duty; JC, Alex, Samuel and Jorge had fence duty) showed up promptly that morning and by the end of the first day, the holes were dug and supports were placed for everything. They worked sun up to sun down for two days and finished everything the second day just as the rain began to fall.
The finished products are so much more than we ever dreamed. The quality is outstanding. The team was aincredible; professional, friendly and dedicated to doing an amazing job.
We could not ask for better. We will have them back here to stain all the wood for us, to power wash the house, to add a roof tot he deck and potentially place latticework around the deck.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to make sure customers get the best price for the highest quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by scheduling a free onsite quote, once our pro has been to the site and discussed style of fence, measurements and customer expectations, we put estimate together and send via email (We do ask our customers to allow 24 hours before estimate is sent). We like to check material prices with our vendors to make sure our customers are getting the best price. We are available via text or email to answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JC and all employees have a total of 6-9 years of experience installing fences.
