- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a detail focused company: from gathering information about your project or task to billing, you can expect a streamline process. After gathering your information and project details at your free consultation, an estimate is emailed to you for review. We will follow up with you to see if there are any changes or to see if you have questions about your quote. If there are no changes, we send over the paperwork that lists important job details, completion timeframe, and job cost. After our work is complete, the owner of the company will follow up to make sure all expectations were met and that we did a great job for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees have been properly trained on job tasks and receive refresher training on a continual basis. We continue to train our employees to deliver excellent standards throughout your project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
You could say my work outside started long before my company was established. I was always in the yard at my parents house doing landscaping tasks which I got great enjoyment out of. I worked for a few companies doing all types of landscaping, patios, and lawn service before I decided to take the plunge about 10 years ago. I love being outdoors and seeing the changes we make in a landscape!
