- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is customized based on your menu, dietary needs, and the number of meals requested. For regular meal prep, the most commonly ordered packages are 10 meals for $170 and 20 meals for $325. For events, cakes, and other specialty items, please refer to my menu for detailed pricing. My menu prices include grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking, proper storage, and kitchen cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation (via call, SMS, or WhatsApp) to understand your preferences, dietary needs, allergies, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I share my menu so you can select the meals you’d like for your service. Once you send me your selections and book a date, I handle everything—from grocery shopping to cooking in your kitchen, packaging, labeling, and leaving your space clean and organized. My goal is to make the entire process seamless and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Chef and a Brazilian Registered Dietitian with over 13 years of experience in healthy cooking. I also hold a Master’s degree in Sports and Movement Medicine, which allows me to connect nutrition with performance and overall wellness. My background includes food safety, large-scale kitchen operations and clinical nutrition.
