They did a fantastic job replacing my soffit and fascia and repairing some spots on my roof. Another company suggested a complete roof overhaul, and Sean came in to give a second opinion and saved me thousands. The work looks wonderful, the crew were very polite, on time, and cleaned up each day, and they helped me out on financing. I had Sean and his team replace a section of roof shingles that came loose over time. I thought the job might be too small for a roofing company. Sean came out, inspected the section of roof and gave me a quote. I chose Emerald Roofing over other quotes because Sean was professional and a straight shooter and his quote was fair. His team came out, did the work, and cleaned everything up so I couldn’t tell they were ever there. The experience was smooth and easy throughout the whole process. We make your roofing replacements and repairs affordable. We are not your cheapest option nor will we be the most expensive. We are priced right and fair. Get your job completed with high-end materials and quality workmanship without breaking the bank. We have financing options available and discounts for military members and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For smaller projects, we schedule an initial inspection. Based on the size of the project/information provided prior, we can complete the project on the initial inspection after coming to an agreeable cost.
For larger projects, we will schedule the initial inspection, send a detailed quote, and then get you on the scheduled to have your project completed within 1-2 weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some members of our team have been working in the construction industry for over 35 years. Our vast experience and knowledge in the construction field gives you (the homeowner) the comfort that certain aspects of your project are not overlooked. We are certainteed certified and can offer the best warranties in the industry. OSHA certified.
