- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85 Diagnostic/Appointment fee to come out and look over the project. $126a hour covers labor only. I do have set pricing tho on certain jobs. $85 will be deducted from total cost of repairs if you move forward on completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the issue and then building the trust needed to allow them to let me be their service provider.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took two years of the plumbing ABC class to get my lisc at 24years of age. Now I have taken most classes to continue learning sales, safety, and technical training to stay on top off my trouble shooting knowledge.
