- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront fixed-price estimates so you know the cost before work begins, with options to fit your needs. Most service calls include a $59 dispatch fee, waived for water heater and filtration estimate visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most repairs, we schedule a licensed technician to visit, diagnose the issue, and provide a repair or replacement estimate. For water heater replacements, we can often provide an online quote if you share clear photos of your current system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians have a variety of trainings related to plumbing services. We will dispatch the right technician to your job with the applicable skills and training. We are a Certified Navian and Rinnai tankless water heater shop, as well as vast experience with most general plumbing issues.
