Chris was great and was even early for the scheduling window.
He took care in his work and was open to telling me where he was in the job process and my willingness to learning about my plumbing and receptive to my ideas about how things look being as important to how they function.
I looked for a female presenting plumber and was unable to locate someone.
Chris did a great job of navigating gender roles and not talking down to me or trying to sell me services I was not interested in.

We provide upfront fixed-price estimates so you know the cost before work begins, with options to fit your needs. Most service calls include a $59 dispatch fee. Weekends or off hours may be higher.

For most repairs, we schedule a licensed technician to visit, diagnose the issue, and provide a repair or replacement estimate. For water heater replacements, we can often provide an online quote if you share clear photos of your current system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians have a variety of trainings related to plumbing services. We will dispatch the right technician to your job with the applicable skills and training. We are a Certified Navian and Rinnai tankless water heater shop, as well as vast experience with most general plumbing issues.
