This company answered right away to our request for service. Their prices are great. They let me know what time they would arrive and they were right on time. They got right to work. Put everything where I wanted it. They were careful of my property and items we were working with. These guys were friendly and respectful to us. I would trust these men with any loading, moving or unloading jobs that I would have. This was a good experience.

I couldn’t be happier with our move! The movers were on time, professional, and had excellent communication from start to finish. They worked incredibly hard, handled our furniture with care, and were friendly and respectful the entire time.
The best part was the price—they charged about half of what everyone else quoted us, and the value was unbeatable. It honestly felt like a steal for the quality of service we received.

I cannot say enough good things about the job he did packing our POD. Absolutely 5 stars across the board! He was professional, hardworking, careful with our belongings, and incredibly efficient. What impressed us most was how well he utilized every inch of space. Everything was packed securely and strategically, and it was clear right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. Nothing was thrown in carelessly—everything had a place and was packed with care.
Moving is stressful enough, and having someone who takes such pride in his work made a huge difference for our family. He worked hard from start to finish, treated our belongings like they were his own, and made this part of the move so much easier. If you need someone to pack a POD, moving truck, or help with a move, this is the guy you want. We would hire him again without hesitation and highly recommend him to anyone. We are so glad we chose this mover to get an heirloom piece of furniture from one relative's house to another. I rarely give a perfect review, but BMXmoves was great on every point - communication, careful handling, professionalism and value. I will be using them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• when we agree on a time & are scheduled for that time, the movers arrive, we do start the timer and are on the clock so be aware of your time.
• We are strict on our time going job to job, any additional time after the 2 hour minimum mark will be considered another hour. (charged hourly.)
• labor only insured company
Any other services that does not involve moving/labor is considered another separate service for example, disassembling/assembling
•Any item over 250+ pounds is considered a specialty move I would do a flat rate, depending on details of the move
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• We usually take a walk-through/inventory of the home so we know what items need to be loaded in for a nice safe pack/load also we keep an eye out of any unusual damaged furniture & take picture beforehand
• Loading usually takes longer than unloading depending on the area or any flight of stairs or long walkways the truck can’t get to so be aware of that
• please be on point and sure of what’s all needing to go beforehand and start our moving process our guys/ movers are quick and stay focused on what needs to go next
What types of customers have you worked with?
College students, newlywed/elderly couples, disabled/handicapped. We have done a variety of jobs for people and we are glad that we have had the honor to help them with their move.
