Communication about the job was a little all over the place. They came out on time and were nice. The two men were able to move all of my big items into the U Haul truck. While the wife and I packed up the dolly and rolled it to the elevator. Although they did good work I had to get additional movers to come on the truck and rearrange things. (Where I didn’t have to move or assist with anything) My items were just put on the truck but not strategically placed to use the space wisely. We had an issue with payment at the end- and all professionalism went out of the window. I was told that my “job wasn’t important enough to get out of bed for if he didn’t make $200” Ended up giving $145 dollars for one hour and fifteen minutes worth of work. They were average but I’m still thankful for their help.

when a customer calls I go price the job explaining why I price it for what I do. explaining the process in any detail they need so they understand the process of what's taking place.

I have been doing landscaping most my life and was trained in tree work by one of the best
