Jim came to my home at my request, he kept my computer from being (eaten up), He did a good job. I would recommend him for any and all computer work. Dan
Jeremy installed a solid state hard drive in my iMac along with a new mechanical hard drive. He kept me well-informed at every stage and respected my ideas and suggestions. His charges were quite reasonable, and he completed the installation the same day he received drives. I have recommended him on my Facebook page and to my personal friends. If we need computer-repair services in the future, I'll call Jeremy first.
Homeland Secure IT has been the first place I call if I have any questions about my computers since I met John. They did a simple repair on my 8 year old Mac laptop, which had a broken charge port, and is now back up and running. The most important thing is that they were able to fix it right there in their office, and I picked it up later that day after running some errands. No shipping it off and trusting some stranger in the middle of nowhere! They charged $75 for the fix and John helped me find the elusive part I needed online. I would take all my Macs to them even before Apple.
Isaac set up set our printer and restored some photo files. He is very professional and knowledgable with computer technology . He was on time and very affordable . Will definitely recommend him to people looking for computer assistance .
I placed my computer repair project request for my Mac Pro on Thumbtack at about 2:30 PM this afternoon. After placing the listing with Thumbtack, I decided to also check the reviews online of possible companies. After doing my research, I found a company I knew nothing about but that had the best reviews of any other Mac repair facility: Experimac. Because of the superb reviews, I called Experimac and discussed the problem. I told them I needed a quick turnaround. They told me to come in, they would check the Mac Pro, and would determine what would be required as well as the cost. I decided to drive over to the Experimac's location. To cut to the chase, within two hours, Experimac had fixed the problem. I requested the installation of a new hard drive and they additionally upgraded my operating system. They have probably added a few more years of operational life to my six year old Mac because they upgraded to the latest version of OS/X - El Capitan - which I had been told previously by other vendors could not be installed on a Mac as old as mine. Well, El Capitan is running like a well-oiled Lamborghini at this point after working with my "obsolete" Mac for the past four hours. While I was there, I decided to also have Experimac fix my iPhone, which has been unreliable due to a power problem that caused it to turn off even though it would show more than enough battery power. Even though the original vendor had told me it could not be repaired, Experimac replaced the battery and so far I haven't seen a recurrence of the power problem. I can't say enough great things about Experimac. They have a cohesive team of knowledgeable and skilled people, their customer service is top-notch, their turn-around time was amazing for both the computer and the phone, and their prices are very competitive. Now, this is the clincher. Completely by coincidence and without my knowledge when I initially walked into Experimac's store, Kasia from Experimac had responded to my Thumbtack request while I was driving to their store. I had no idea that she had responded to my Thumbtack project request until about 45 minutes after I had gotten to the store. And as I write this feedback at 8:45 PM this evening, it turns out that Experimac has been the only company that responded to my Thumbtack request. When I read her response, it further boosted my confidence that I had selected the right company to do the repair work even though I had found Experimac through my own separate online search. I recommend Experimac in West Asheville whole-heartedly. I know each person's experience is unique based upon their own particular problem but based upon my experience with Experimac concerning this afternoon's repair work, I will definitely be using them in the future. You can't go wrong.
Scott did some computer work for me and I was VERY impressed with his knowledge and ability with computers. The guy REALLY knows what he is doing. He also very personable, thoughtful, and honest. I HIGHLY recommend him for any PC problems you may have.
I no longer live in NC, but as far as computer services go I wish I did! These guys were helpful, competent, and quick. They displayed a "can do" attitude which really saved my bacon. When simple-appearing problems became more complex, they found the answer quickly and didn't milk the time for their fee. I recommend them to anyone.
Great job of both fixing the network problem I had and explaining the system behind it.
I had inquired about getting some work done on something that Shawn wasn't able to do, but instead of just responding to me that he wasn't able, he suggested another company that would be able to take care of my problem. Great customer service! If I have other cell phone repairs, I will be sure to give SNL and Shawn a call.
Dylan is very helpful and understanding for someone who is not very computer savvy. He is very dependable and has a flexible schedule. I wound recommend Dylan for any one who needs any type of computer help or updates.

I fix, update and modify computer hardware. If the computer you bought doesn't have enough memory space ,I can fix that. If your computer is turning on, but only shows the blank screen of death, I can fix that. I charge for only the parts in need of replacement. If the parts will cost more than a replacement computer, I will call you for a decision.
I assess, diagnose, and repair Windows based laptop and desktop computers. Some tablet work is done as well. My fees are simply flat rate, not including parts. The customer pays separately if parts are needed. The work is guaranteed, or a return visit is free, if needed.
I offer repairs for a margin of others. So cut the cost with cutting the quality.
