Niche Bartender

Introduction: I've worked in bartending for many years, on and off. I received my bartender certificate and safe bartending from Charlotte Bartending School (CBS) in 2007 and worked in many private parties, e.g., weddings, holiday parties, etc., by recommendation of CBS. You need to schedule a minimum of 2 weeks' pre-party planning session with the host and/or hostess for the selection of "theme" drink(s), "named" or special drink creation for the occasion as well as the number of attendees, ingredients, spirits, license requirements, special glassware, ages (Shirley Temple), venue restriction/requirements, etc. Bartending can be from very unique and memorable to very simple punch and anything in between. I will work with caterers.
