We cook off prepared food onsite to avoid products sitting for long periods, one of the owners arrives with the staff and works along them , setup and design of the food is important to us; we take great pride in creating edible tablescapes. To ensure quality, we never book more than 2 events a day. Lastly, we are onsite event caterers and do not have a restaurant restricting our performance.
