I had lost all of my data in my files and folders. After spending many hours with Apple and Gmail support, neither could recovery any of my data.I contacted WNC Tech Repair in Asheville NC. Daniel contacted me within the hour and was able to get to me shortly thereafter. Daniel was able to recover all of my lost data and also was able to help me with numerous other issues. This was all done in two hours and the rate that was very reasonable.I would highly recommend Daniel for any of your Tech issues. He also was able to set me up for any future issues, being able to help me remotely. Daniel was amazing! We have a couple older PC's that had gotten slow. I thought we would have to replace them. He replaced the hard drives and upgraded the memory on both and now they work great! The service was fast and professional and the price very reasonable.

Friendly, professional and thorough. He went above and beyond by calling our internet provider, being on hold with them and being patient enough for a supervisor to return his call. Our problems would not have been resolved otherwise. In addition he made sure all devices could connect before leaving.Highly recommend.
