Tanner does amazing work. He transformed my house from an out of date mess into a beautiful warm home. He turned my ideas into reality. Everything I threw at him he handled with ease.
Work he did for me:
1) roof replacement
2) tear down walls and open up rooms and space
3) install LVP flooring
4) Build kitchen cabinets
5) complete bathroom rebuild which included moving walls, building a tiled walk-in shower and building the vanity cabinet.
6) replace old windows with new windows, re-trim and add new siding, including rebuilding a bay window
7) Taking down old cheap paneling and putting up drywall on walls and ceiling
8) building a new laundry area
9) installing many new doors
Tanner is an honest, professional who can transform a room or a house. I highly recommend him. Thanks Tanner for all your exceptional work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first consult with you on your project. From there, create an estimate and ************** to you to decide if you want to move forward. All those services are free. If approved I will ask for material cost upfront and bill for labor depending on the length of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father owns and operates a contracting business where I grew up. I was exposed to all aspects of construction. Building foundations, concrete, framing, roofing, installing windows, laying floors, tiling, finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, essentially everything from the ground up to building and finishing a home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. From a few hours of work to multiple-month projects.
