- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50 an hour. I will first consult with you on your project. From there, create an estimate and email document to you to decide if you want to move forward. All those services are free. If approved I will ask for material cost upfront and bill for labor at end of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father owns and operates a contracting business where I grew up. Was exposed to all aspects of construction. Building foundations, concrete, framing, roofing, installing windows, laying floors, tiling, finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, essentially everything from the ground up to building and finishing a home.

All kinds. From a few hours of work to multiple week projects.
