- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it begins over the phone. We summarize the overall project and bounce some ideas around. A site visit is next. After that an estimate is released to the client. Upon acceptance, we hash out details and create a schedule for the project's time line.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are currently learning more about energy efficient homes and techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a knack to build things. During my college years I took a job as a carpenter helper to help pay the rent. I already had some experience, but not at a pay scale level. I quickly took it on and excelled faster than the people I was working for underneath. I then decided that I could branch out on my own and start a business.
