- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly get paid on completion...unless it's a real big job I'll ask for a deposit for the materials/equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build a relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to trade school. Started as an apprentice for a large company as a helper. Had two days a week schooling then the rest of the week I was with Master plumbers hands on. Got my Journey man's degree after 4 years then master degree after 8 years.
