Preventative safety precautions for Face Painting and Balloon Twisting due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus Pandemic:
I am fully vaccinated with Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccine including three booster shots so that's five shots total. I have enough sponges for single use on each person, hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes, and brush cleaner for my paintbrushes. My paints and kit are kept clean and sanitized. I also have Lysol spray for the chairs if needed. I'm depending on social distancing for the line of people to be painted.
For balloon twisting, it is easier to social distance. I am able to stay 6 feet away to twist balloons.
I prefer to paint or twist balloons indoors if possible, but if outdoors shady spot is preferred under a tent/covered shelter area.

Please book now for your event as I have already received reservations for at least two months in advance! My busiest months are April, May, September and October. My busiest and most requested day is Saturday. I do festivals and annual corporate events that are already "on my calendar each year," and everything else is scheduled around it.
I "Strongly Recommend" reserving your event as soon as possible!! I work on a First Come First Serve Basis. Your event is not reserved until payment is received and the contract is signed. I require payment in full upon receipt of invoice and contract.

My fee is $150 per hour with a two hour minimum (required) for Birthday Parties and Corporate Events. This hourly rate is usual and customary among my competitors.
That fee applies from Sunday through Friday and is $300 for one service either Face Paint, Balloon Twisting, or GlitterTattoos.
On Saturday (the busiest and most in demand day of my work week), my fee is $175/hr for a Birthday Party; so it's $350 for one service, either paint or balloons. This includes up to 15 kids, and for each extra kid it is an additional $5 each.
For two services on Sunday through Friday, face paint and balloons my fee for Birthday Parties is $300 for paint and $50 for balloons for a total of $350 for two hours, and for Corporate that fee is $350 for Face Painting and $100 for Balloon Twisting for a total of $450 for two hours.
On Saturdays for two services for Birthday Parties, face paint and balloons, my fee is $350 for paint and $50 for balloons for a total of $400. This includes up to 15 kids, and for each extra kid it is an additional $5 each. For Corporate, that fee is $400 for Face Painting and $100 for balloon twisting for a total of $500.

I REQUIRE a 2 hour minimum, but if you're adamant about only wanting one hour, my fee is $200 for one service Sunday through Friday and $250 on Saturday. No exceptions.
I realize this is a lot of money, and in today's economy, I truly understand. Please know that just like you, I have bills to pay as well. My face paint and balloon supply costs have increased, as well as the shipping costs that I have to pay to get them. The cost of living has gone up with inflation being high as well as food and gas prices.
This is not just a hobby that I have. This is my business, and I operate it as such. I did it full time until the Pandemic. Now I work another job to just get by. So, I apologize for the increase in my fees.
By providing the entertainment for your child's birthday party or your corporate event, I will give them a fun, exciting, and memorable experience! I take pride in my work, and I will always do a great job! You have my word on that. I truly CARE about how my work looks as it is a direct reflection of my business. I will never just put some paint on and let it go. For me, it has to look amazing!

A Mileage fee of $1.00 per mile roundtrip may be applied to your quote if I have to drive more than 30 minutes one way to your location and this is based on the location I'm at that day. If this applies to you, then I will let you know in advance, and I will include it on your invoice.
I am located in Asheville, but I'm in the Greenville / Spartanburg area every weekend. Areas I have worked in are Charlotte, Concord, Lenoir, Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, Rosman, Mills River, Fletcher, Arden, Sapphire/Cashiers, Cane Creek, Fairview (all in NC), and in SC: Greenville, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Spartanburg, Greer, Duncan, Easley, Anderson, Taylors, Boiling Springs, Fountain Inn, Five Forks, Woodruff, Inman, Union, and in Tennessee: Greenville, Bristol, Johnson City, and Kingsport. So yes, I cover a large area and I travel alot.

Forms of Payment:
I accept cash through Cash App, Venmo, Corporate check, or you may pay by debit or credit card through Square. There is a 5% processing fee added to your total if paying by debit or credit. No personal checks accepted.

INFO I WILL NEED FROM YOU:
When you decide to reserve your event, I will need your first and last name, good contact phone number, email address and the address for the location of the event including the zip code so I can GPS the address. I will also need to know if the event is indoors or outside, the amount of time you want to reserve, which services you want, and if there is adequate lighting, tent / shade, table and two chairs available for me to use or if I need to bring my own. I also need to know how many attendees, and the theme of the event / event name like Disney theme, Foster Family Event, etc.
At that point, I will email you an invoice and contract so you can make the payment and sign the contract. The contract must be signed to reserve your event. I require payment in full upon receipt of the invoice, and you will have 24 hours to provide payment. During this time, your reservation will be held tentatively and not offered to others. If no payment is received within 24 hours, your event will not be reserved, and the time will once again be offered to others.
If making a payment by corporate check, I will tentatively hold your reservation until the check is received/processed, and this is usually about 5 to 7 business days as the postal mail is slow.
