We also offer many green options including completely solar homes or commercial projects. We represent four of the area’s top modular manufacturers, and our homes or commercial projects are systems built in a controlled environment in their state-of-the-art factories. This means that missing materials and weather delays are never a factor. This also results in less waste and better utilization of materials. The result? A home or commercial projects that is well constructed, energy efficient and ready to occupy in 90 to 120 days versus six months to a year.
