- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so estimates are based on the scope of work. I offer free estimates for many projects and always discuss pricing before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by discussing your project and reviewing photos to better understand the work. If needed, I’ll schedule an on-site visit. Once we agree on the scope and pricing, we’ll set a convenient time to complete the job. I arrive on time, work carefully and efficiently, and make sure you’re satisfied with the results before considering the project complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don’t have formal trade certifications, I have several years of hands-on experience working for local construction companies and completing a wide variety of home repair and remodeling projects. I continue to learn new techniques and take pride in delivering quality workmanship with attention to detail.
