- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to provide a clear scope of work and estimate so that the customer and I are on the same page regarding work to be completed, materials to be used, estimated timeframe, and cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small tasks, I do my best to show up prepared to work based off of an initial conversation with the home/business owner. For larger projects, an on site consultation is necessary in order to clearly define the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a carpenter for a number of years. I recently completed a full renovation of my own home.
