Tara Suarez is an outstanding yoga instructor. I had tried yoga classes with different instructors and the experiences were such that I had but almost given up on yoga for good... until I had the wonderful chance to have Tara as my instructor! Tara changed my concept of yoga and of yoga instructors for the better. She's a great instructor, kind, patient, understanding and very compassionate. Yoga class with Tara has been such a wonderful experience that I have become at regular at her classes, and would not change that for anything in this world. Tara's classes are not only full of wonderful, healthy poses, they are also fun, and the atmosphere is inviting, relaxing and full of charm. If you want a true yoga experience, you will never go wrong if you choose Tara as your yoga instructor. On the contrary, it will be the wisest choice in your life! :)

Tara is an exceptional yoga teacher! The knowledge and experience she possesses is like none other. I have been practicing since 2010, and there is no teacher I have adored more. When you are in her class, you can't help from having this feeling of love and peace throughout! Best yoga experience I've ever had!:))
