- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically estimate how long a clean will take me based on the square footage and the number of bathrooms as well as pets and children in the home. If you want to have your house cleaned every 2 weeks, I offer a 10% discount on all cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to build a great relationship with my customers. It is important to me to understand what each person's individual needs are. I encourage my customers to communicate with me about what they need and want.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with a very tidy mother and cleaned dorms in college to help pay my tuition. I worked for over 10 years as a consultant in the coffee industry before deciding to switch gears. I genuinely enjoy cleaning and take pride in my work. I know how good it feels to come home to a clean and tidy space and providing that for other people brings me a joy.
