I've been using Sunshine Cleaning Service for over six months now and I have been very pleased with the service they offer.
I'm on their every-other week cleaning plan. That means I get an automated email and phone call reminder the day before they come and then every two weeks they show up on the same day at the same time to clean my house. If for any reason I need to reschedule the office is very responsive and accommodating (though I would note that it is much better to call them than to email as they don't seem to process their email very quickly.)
Their cleaners always arrive promptly and the ladies I have met have all been polite and friendly. They do an excellent job cleaning and the honesty and integrity the staff has consistently demonstrated has made me completely comfortable leaving them alone in my house.
If you're looking for reliable, honest, friendly and affordable house cleaners here in Asheville I would totally recommend them. I'm telling you, there is nothing more amazing than coming home to a sparklingly clean home at the end of the day. Try it once and you'll be hooked.

Kelsey and her team have been amazing to work with over the past few months. I was referred from a friend, who was referred herself by friend after a phenomenal experience. I have nothing but glowing responses after working with Sunshine Cleaning Service.
I work insane hours as a physician and Sunshine Cleaning Service has without a doubt lifted a gigantic burden from my life. Bi-weekly cleaning services has helped me continue to live in a clean home while not wasting my few free moments.
They are true professionals through and through. They are detailed oriented and take great pride in the services they provide.
My only regret is that I didn't know of them earlier.

Currently 37 weeks pregnant and struggling to do anything. I was stressing out over how dirty my place was getting but was also too exhausted to vacuum or wipe the countertops. I requested a quote from Sunshine Cleaning and got a response immediately. I called for more details and was booked for the next available Saturday on the spot. It was perfect timing for me too since I don’t know when the baby will actually come.
They’ve been reminding me through text a couple days before the appointment and even on the appointment day, they texted me that they were on the way. They’re very good at communication.
I forgot to ask their names, but the workers came in and were very friendly, asking questions like - do I prefer they take their shoes off while working? is there a certain area they should pay attention to? is there anything specific they need to know before they begin? And they were also very friendly about letting my little dachshund run around. For about two hours of cleaning, I can say I am very impressed with their work. My bathtub and toilet were getting a little dirty which was embarrassing but they cleaned it all up and everything looks brand new, white and pearly! They organized my shampoos and conditioners, even wiped down my make up drawers. OH - and they even cleaned out my rice cooker which was seriously the cherry on top!
In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied, I am so happy to be sitting in a clean house, and most importantly, it’s become a clean environment for when I bring my baby boy home!

I tried Sunshine Cleaning Service for the first time and the service was amazing! I had Crystal and Kelsey for my deep cleaning and they did a spectacular job! Not only was the house amazing but they were great with my dog and baby. They were kind, courteous, and so friendly. I would love to have them back! I highly recommend them!
