After reading all the great reviews, Bill was a huge disappointment. He wanted more than the price quoted. He was 5 hours late for installation. After installation , the hot water heater did not work. After contacting him, he promised to come by 4 days in a row with an excuse each time knowing I had no hot water. I had to reach out to another plumbing company to fix his work. Trying to support the local guy through Thumbtack.
